Traditionally I have to take my kids to test Billirubin levels 24 hours after hospital discharge. Kelsey is the first of my children to have her levels sky rocket high enough to have to use the lights. She was on the fancy tanning beds for 4 days. She was a good sport and slept pretty well while she was on the lights. We even got a "Billi Blanket" which is a smaller light that you place on their tummy or back while you hold them. It was nice to be able to hold her some of the time and still be able to have her under the light.

Those are some pretty sweet pictures. One day she will look back and think those lights were pretty cool! Glad she is off them now though!
