Ensign-isms

An ensignism is a story about Taylor, Alisa, Cassidy, Mckay, and Kelsey Ensign. These stories may be elaborate or mundane, but with the combined personalities of our little family, they are sure to be entertaining.

Mckay vs. Table. Table 1 - Mckay 9...stitches

Mckay vs. Table = Table Wins again! I know what you are thinking, isn't that the same eyebrow that he needed stitches in over a year ago? Yes, yes it is. Something to be said for accuracy AND consistency.

Mckay was not too excited at the thought of having to go get stitches.
Even for a three-year old, he certainly had some interesting questions about the "goings-on" in an emergency room late at night.
Why do they have those clothes on?
How come they have to have masks on?
Why that person crying?
Why that thing beeping?
Knowing the response the doctors would receive, we opted to have Mckay sedated for "sewing time."
Mckay's Aunt Jill happens to have a Father who works in the American Fork ER. Thanks Dr. Greenwood for stitching up my boy!
Mom explaining to Mckay that he was asleep while they gave him stitches.
9 stitches later and looking good. This makes for a running total of 14 stitches in the same eyebrow over a short 3 year period.

Oh no! I'm glad little Mckay is okay! This must have been horrible for him but worse for you guys! Glad he is okay!

Man, i'm glad my dad could help you out! As far as the tree naming goes, Taylor, it's really up to you! It could be whatever your tree prefers. I personally would be apt to having the same name every year because it is the same tree, but that is your choice! :)
