Cassidy and Mckay have entered the phase of life where they like to prepare food for their parents. The other day I was working on the computer when they brought me up this declicious looking sandwhich.

Easy to make really, just take two slices of bread, coat with mayonaise, add provolone cheese, and top if all off with a generous portion of sliced strawberries. MMMmmm.Thanks Kids!
I was super appreciative, and then we had a talk about the kinds of things Dad likes on his sandwhiches.

Strawberry-Cheese-Mayo Sandwiches totally beat Ketchup Sandwiches; one of my Dad's preferred "wiches" growing up.
