Ensign-isms

An ensignism is a story about Taylor, Alisa, Cassidy, Mckay, and Kelsey Ensign. These stories may be elaborate or mundane, but with the combined personalities of our little family, they are sure to be entertaining.

Delivery in Seattle

At the end of June, Alisa's parents began their Missionary Service as the President of the Washington, Tacoma Mission. Alisa and I volunteered to drive a vehicle up to them. We left mid-day on Thursday and drove about 10 1/2 hours before stopping in Kennewick, WA for the night. The Boise Temple. (Picture taken from the car window as we drove by.)

The drive through Oregon and into Washington really was beautiful.

Alisa looking cute as we get ready to board the Seattle Monorail.

The above picture has funny story. We walked down to Pike Place Market. The "Public Market" sign is pretty popular so I asked her to stand by the curb so I could take her picture with "the sign." She acted a little confused wondering why I would want a picture of her with that sign. The picture below is the sign she thought I was referring to.

We are not fans of sea food, but the market was a lot of fun, and had beautiful flowers.

We bought some to give to Alisa's mom.

Don't want to eat them, but still fun to see.

We arrived safely and have a fun, although quick time with Alisa's parents.

We are proud of them and their willingness to serve.
